Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

Order Tracking

After your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please allow 24–72 hours for the tracking information to update after shipment.

Customs & Duties

For most destinations, customers will not be required to pay additional import duties or taxes.

However, customs policies vary by country. If any import duties or taxes are charged by your local customs authority, they are the responsibility of the customer.

Address Changes

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make changes to the delivery address.

Delayed or Lost Packages

Occasionally, shipping delays may occur due to weather conditions, customs inspections, or carrier operations.
